Travis Mullen Accuses Ex-Wife of Threatening RHOC Star Gina Kirschenheiter!

This season of The Real Housewives of Orange County has been an emotional rollercoaster for Gina Kirschenheiter, 40, as she faced the difficult decision to ask her boyfriend, Travis Mullen, also 40, to move out of their shared home.

While Gina hasn’t provided in-depth details about why she made this decision, fans were left puzzled, especially considering how in love the couple seemed. Gina briefly mentioned that the separation was for the benefit of their six children—three from each of their previous marriages—to give them more space and focus on their well-being.

Despite remaining in a relationship, the couple’s choice to live apart raised eyebrows. Viewers wondered what was happening behind closed doors, and it seems much of the turbulence stems from Travis’s strained relationship with his ex-wife, Meghan Mullen.

According to court documents obtained by The Sun, Meghan Mullen had posted a series of alarming Instagram messages in August 2023, directly targeting Travis, Gina, and their children.

In these posts, Meghan accused Travis and Gina of being “covert narcissists” and claimed they were using their children as “pawns” in their personal conflict. Meghan even tagged Bravo in her posts, attempting to drag the network into the ongoing drama.

Travis detailed the severity of the situation in court filings, stating, “These Instagram posts broadly insinuated that Meghan was going to harm herself, called out Gina and me by name, made false and defamatory comments about us, and alleged that Gina and I were abusing both Meghan and my children.”

In response to these disturbing messages, Travis was granted a temporary restraining order on August 16, 2023, to protect himself, his children, and Gina. However, despite the court’s intervention, Meghan allegedly continued to harass them for several months.

“Meghan was arrested for violating a criminal protective order against her,” Travis wrote in legal documents. “She has threatened me and my family, engaged in harassment, made unwanted contact, and attempted extortion, demanding compliance with her terms.”

While the legal battle between Travis and Meghan unfolded during RHOC filming, it reached a turning point in April 2024. After months of conflict, Travis decided to drop the restraining order when Meghan agreed to undergo random drug testing, with the condition that any failed test would result in her losing physical custody of their children.

Despite the ongoing complexities, Gina and Travis continue to work through their family dynamics and remain together. Their journey is far from easy, but they are committed to navigating these challenges.
