Gina Kirschenheiter Responds to Emily Simpson’s Glam Team Exposing Season 18 Reunion Looks on RHOC
Emily Simpson might need to reconsider her glam team after a major slip-up over the weekend during preparations for The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 18 reunion.
Her makeup artist and hairstylist inadvertently leaked behind-the-scenes footage from the reunion set, revealing not just the setting but also Emily and Gina Kirschenheiter’s reunion outfits. The posts were quickly deleted, but not before several blog pages picked up the snaps and reshared them.
Gina, Emily’s close friend, addressed the mishap, calling it an “accident” and urged RHOC fans to hold off on judging her outfit until the official photos were released.
Typically, Bravo releases images of the reunion set and the cast’s outfits as the air date approaches. The reunion was filmed on Sunday, October 6, and while many of the cast members teased the big day on their social media, they avoided giving away any spoilers—unlike Emily’s glam team, who unfortunately spoiled the surprise.

Emily’s hairstylist shared a video on Instagram showing the brunette beauty and Gina seated together, chatting and laughing. From the footage, it seemed the reunion theme was metallics, as both women donned shimmering ensembles.
Gina sported a strapless gold mini dress, while Emily opted for a champagne-colored halter gown. In the background, Heather Dubrow could be seen posing for her official reunion photo, wearing a stunning metallic purple off-the-shoulder dress.
The reunion set featured a picturesque backdrop of a sunset, palm trees, and beige couches, giving off classic beachy Orange County vibes.
Gina Responds to the Leaked Footage
Taking the leak in stride, Gina had a lighthearted response to the situation. Known for being teased about some of her bold fashion choices, the RHOC star posted a video addressing the incident and asked fans to wait before making any judgments.
“I know there’s already a picture of Emily and I that got posted,” she said in the Instagram clip, explaining that it was an accident caused by Emily’s glam team. “I wasn’t thrilled about it, but it was an accident.”
Gina humorously asked fans to forget what they saw and promised to post her favorite photo from the reunion once available. She joked that she probably wouldn’t like Bravo’s official shot either.
“I’m gonna put out the photo where I think I look the best,” she quipped, “and if everybody could just judge me based on that photo, that would be ideal.”
