Heather Dubrow Marks Daughter Kat’s 18th Birthday: “Is This Really Happening?”

Heather Dubrow’s youngest daughter is about to hit a significant milestone, and the Real Housewives of Orange County star can hardly believe it. On Friday, October 3, Heather took a nostalgic trip down memory lane to celebrate her daughter Kat Dubrow’s 18th birthday. She shared a heartfelt post on Instagram, featuring a collection of photos from Kat’s past birthday celebrations, along with a sweet message looking ahead to her daughter’s bright future.

“How is it possible that this girl is turning 18 TOMORROW?!?!” Heather captioned the post. “[Kat Dubrow], I love you so much and I’m so proud to be your mom! This is a huge year for you, and I’m thrilled to have a front-row seat! Happy Birthday, Katty!!!! (Swipe for 18 years of celebrating Kat … where does the time go?).”

A Look Back at Kat Dubrow’s Birthday Celebrations

The first image in Heather’s Instagram post shows Kat as a toddler, wearing an adorable plush tiara and a pink bib decorated with the number 1. From there, the carousel moves through the years, showcasing a series of themed birthday parties, including a bouncy house, a Minnie Mouse party dress, a castle-shaped cake, and balloon animals.

Heather’s birthday tribute quickly gained attention, racking up more than 11,000 likes and over 100 comments. Among the many comments was a heartfelt message from Heather’s husband, Dr. Terry Dubrow, who wrote, “My baby Kitty. Love you so much.” Heather also took to her Instagram Stories to share a family photo of herself, Terry, Kat, and their son Ace in celebration of Kat’s big day.

Kat Dubrow’s College Plans

As Kat wraps up her senior year of high school, she’s already in the midst of the college application process. During a recent interview with BravoTV.com, Heather revealed that Kat has her sights set on a career in filmmaking.

“Kat is a senior in high school, and she wants to go to school for film, so she’s applying now,” Heather shared. She also expressed her pride in Kat’s latest accomplishment: “The Academy, the same one that does the Oscars, has a teen film series, and Kat’s film was accepted, which is incredibly exciting.”

Updates on Heather’s Twins, Max and Nick Dubrow

In the same interview, Heather provided updates on her 20-year-old twins, Max and Nick Dubrow, who are both in their third year of college. Max is currently studying psychology at Tufts University in Boston, although she’s still exploring her career options. “She might go to law school,” Heather noted, adding that Max also enjoys singing.

Nick, on the other hand, is attending Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, where he’s pursuing various career interests. “Nicky got his real estate license and made his first sale,” Heather proudly shared. “Last year, he interned with Josh Altman, and this year he’s working in production a bit. He’s trying to explore different careers to see what he loves.”

Both Max and Nick will be studying abroad this year, with Max spending a semester in Paris and Nick currently in Florence, Italy.

A Family Full of Achievements

As Heather Dubrow looks ahead to what the future holds for her children, it’s clear that she couldn’t be prouder of their accomplishments. Whether it’s Kat’s burgeoning interest in filmmaking, Max’s journey in psychology, or Nick’s real estate ventures, Heather is there to support each of them every step of the way, eagerly watching as they carve their own paths.
