Andy Cohen Reveals Alexis Bellino’s Intense Cameo at RHOC Reunion, Teases Shocking Moments from the Taping

On the October 8 episode of his SiriusXM radio show, Andy Cohen Live, Andy Cohen offered some insights into the recent taping of The Real Housewives of Orange County season 18 reunion, which took place on Sunday.

After a flurry of leaked photos and videos surfaced on Instagram, the 56-year-old host of Watch What Happens Live and longtime moderator of Real Housewives reunions shared some hints about the upcoming special. He noted that while much of the reunion was relatively “calm,” things took a turn when Alexis Bellino, 47, made her entrance.

“We shot the [RHOC] reunion on Sunday,” Andy confirmed. “I don’t know when we’ve ever done that before—it just worked out that Sunday was a day everyone could make. So, that’s when we did it.”

He went on to describe the atmosphere of the reunion, emphasizing the unexpected tone. “It was very calm for the most part. We worked through a lot of issues, but it wasn’t one of those reunions where people were tearing each other apart. I think viewers will be surprised—maybe even by what I liked.”

Andy expressed particular satisfaction in seeing the cast address their differences through conversation rather than shouting matches, especially given the intensity of the final episodes of season 18. “If you’ve watched the last few episodes of [RHOC], you’ll know how heated things got,” he said. “So, I think it was important for us to reach some resolutions. And that’s exactly what we aimed to do.”

However, the reunion took a dramatic turn when Alexis Bellino made a cameo appearance. Though Andy couldn’t delve into specifics, it’s clear that her relationship with John Janssen, 61, and his ongoing lawsuit against Shannon Beador, 60, likely came up during the discussion.

“I have to say, Alexis—Jesus Jugs—joined us for part of it,” Andy remarked. “And that part was anything but calm. It was intense—definitely a lot to take in.”

The Real Housewives of Orange County season 18 continues to air on Thursdays at 9/8c on Bravo, promising plenty of drama as the reunion approaches.
