Ubah Hassan Feels Overwhelmed by Her Boyfriend’s House: ‘It’s Stressing Me Out’

Ubah Opens Up About Her Relationship with Oliver Dachsel

In a clip from the upcoming Season 15, Episode 3, Ubah Hassan—known as the face behind Ubah Hot—got candid about her once-secret boyfriend, German investment banker Oliver Dachsel. As she sat in the passenger seat while Sai De Silva drove them to the Hamptons, Ubah revealed that some recent muscle strain might be due to stress over her romantic life, particularly the question of whether she should move in with him.

Is Ubah Hassan Ready to Move In with Oliver Dachsel?

Though Ubah hadn’t moved in with Oliver at the time of filming, she did confirm that he is eager for her to take the step. In fact, he has even prepared a special space for her in his home.

“I don’t want to rush anything,” Ubah confided to Sai. “I’m not the type to rush things, and that’s why it’s stressing me out. Oliver already set up a room for me to paint—a big, huge canvas. He’s even got a space just for me in Greenwich.”

Ubah referred to Oliver’s home in Greenwich, Connecticut—not to be confused with Manhattan’s Greenwich Village—located about an hour northeast of New York City.

A Thoughtful Gesture, But Mixed Feelings

During their conversation, Ubah agreed with Sai that Oliver’s gesture was “very sweet,” but she admitted to feeling apprehensive about potentially losing her independence. Sai offered a different perspective, suggesting that Oliver’s intentions were simply to make Ubah feel at home.

“This drives me crazy,” Sai told Ubah. “You get these amazing opportunities, but when they come, you panic and want to push them away.”

According to Sai, the key for Ubah might be to “surrender” and embrace what’s being offered.

Ubah Hassan’s Unique Admiration for Oliver

While it remains uncertain whether Ubah and Oliver will ultimately move in together, she expressed to producers how much she cares for him.

“I absolutely adore Oliver,” Ubah shared. “He wants me to move in. When I’m with him, it’s great—we have amazing conversations. But when I’m not with him, I start to freak out.”

Even if the future of their cohabitation remains up in the air, Ubah certainly has a soft spot for one unique aspect of Oliver: his feet.

“He has the most beautiful feet,” Ubah confessed during her chat with Sai. “And they smell really good, too.”

She fondly called Oliver her “baby” and even referred to his “baby feet,” admitting that she enjoys massaging and smelling them “all the time.”

“The guy is super clean,” Ubah insisted with a laugh. “Trust me.”

Will Oliver Dachsel Make an Appearance on RHONY?

In Season 14 of RHONY, Ubah kept her relationship with Oliver under wraps until Brynn Whitfield let the secret slip in the season finale—leading to tension that continues into Season 15.

Now that Ubah and her previously mysterious beau have been together for over a year, their relationship is more open, and they’re even discussing the possibility of having children. In the Season 15 premiere, Ubah shared with Erin Lichy and Rebecca Minkoff, “So, I think I’m going to start trying in November or December. He said, ‘Relax, if it works, great, if it doesn’t, we’ll adopt.’”

Though Oliver has yet to make an on-screen appearance, the ‘Wives—and even their husbands—have had nothing but praise for him.

“When I see them together, I get giddy and excited,” Erin shared in an October 2023 interview with The Daily Dish. “After being married for so long, there’s nothing more exciting than watching a friend go through these early stages of love.”

Erin’s husband, Abe Lichy, echoed her sentiments: “They seem like they balance each other well. Oliver is such a sweet, calm, and patient guy—not that Ubah isn’t—but they complement each other perfectly. I’m really happy for them.”
