RHOSLC Drama: Meredith Marks Fires Back at Whitney Rose on Twitter After Explosive Season 5 Business Feud

On Wednesday’s episode of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City (RHOSLC), tensions flared as Whitney Rose confronted Meredith Marks about rumors circulating regarding her business. Now, Meredith is clapping back!

The drama began when Whitney Rose, through Heather Gay’s input, discovered that Meredith Marks had been spreading rumors about her jewelry brand, Prism, a blend of spirituality and fashion. According to the whispers, Meredith questioned the legitimacy of Prism, with accusations circulating that Whitney was sourcing her jewelry from Alibaba rather than creating custom designs. Whitney firmly denied these allegations and expressed frustration, wishing that Meredith would stay out of her business. She believed that Meredith was being unsupportive and might even be the source of the rumors. Whitney also wondered why Meredith hadn’t approached her directly if she had concerns about Prism.

Determined to clear the air, Whitney confronted Meredith directly. Meredith acknowledged that she did have concerns about Whitney’s business but explained why she hadn’t brought them up sooner. “You never came to me for advice about entering the jewelry market,” Meredith noted, justifying her decision not to address the rumors directly with Whitney. Later, at dinner, Whitney gifted her RHOSLC castmates pieces from her jewelry line, but the tension remained as she continued to criticize Meredith for not speaking to her personally about the gossip.

As the episode aired on Wednesday, Meredith took to Twitter to respond to what she saw as Whitney’s double standards.

“So behind my back you ‘hoped I couldn’t come on the trip,’ but expected me to extend an in-person courtesy regarding your ‘custom’ Alibaba designs? At least I made sure you found out one way or another,” Meredith tweeted, taking a direct shot at Whitney.

She added, “When you run multiple businesses, you don’t have time or the interest to dig for information about other people. I am not invested enough to be bothered, but we all know who is…”

Meredith further commented on the situation, saying, “Now, it is starting to feel very personal. Lisa told Whitney she was the one who brought the whole thing up, yet Whitney is still fixated on me and the narrative she pedals of me.”
