Whitney Rose’s Daughter Bobbie ‘Healing at Home’ After Four Days in ICU

Facing a child’s severe illness is every parent’s nightmare, and Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Whitney Rose experienced just that when her 14-year-old daughter, Bobbie, was admitted to the ICU.

On Sunday, October 6, Whitney shared the distressing news that Bobbie had been taken to the ICU by ambulance. Thankfully, just a few days later, on Thursday, October 10, she updated her followers with a much more positive message: Bobbie had returned home and was on the road to recovery.

Gratitude for a Supportive Community

Whitney expressed her gratitude through a heartfelt Instagram Story, sharing a selfie with Bobbie. She captioned the post, “Bobbie is out of the ICU and recovering at home!! So grateful for all of your prayers and healing vibes.”

She added, “We are blessed to have such an amazing community with all of you. Хохо, Whitney & Bobbie.”

Whitney’s husband, Justin Rose, also celebrated the good news, posting on his own Instagram Story: “Bobbie is coming home today!!!! Thank you for all the love and support. The heartfelt prayers and thoughts in one of the hardest weeks of our lives!”

In addition to Bobbie, Whitney and Justin are parents to their 11-year-old son, Brooks.

A Week of Hope and Prayers

Whitney kept her followers updated throughout Bobbie’s hospitalization. On Monday, October 7, she wrote, “Thank you for all the love and prayers for my sweet Bobbie Rose. We feel your energy. Unfortunately, we do not have any updates at this time. Please keep praying for a [sic] our angel.”

When Bobbie was first admitted to the ICU, Whitney made a vulnerable plea on Instagram: “My beautiful community please pray for my angel daughter Bobbie Rose. I normally would never come on here to share something so vulnerable, but we need prayers and good vibes right now. She was taken by ambulance to the ICU today for severe asthma exacerbation. Xoxo.”

A Happy Ending

Fortunately, this difficult week concluded with a happy outcome, as Bobbie is now home, surrounded by the love and support of her family. As Whitney navigates this challenging time, she hopes her daughter grows stronger with each passing day.
