John Janssen has been facing harsh criticism all season for his treatment of Shannon Beador, and it seems the backlash is far from over.

As tensions rise, it might be best for him to steer clear of social media for the next 24 hours—or perhaps forever—considering the fresh wave of online comments dragging him.

Recently, Shannon appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen and gave a tearful update on John’s ongoing lawsuit against her. The Real Housewives of Orange County star struggled to hold back her emotions as she revealed the latest in their legal battle.

After the clip aired, fans quickly took to social media, criticizing John’s behavior, calling him out for his “huge ego” and urging him to leave Shannon alone.

Unfortunately, that doesn’t seem likely, especially since Shannon has already offered to repay the $75,000 John requested. Yet, the OC businessman turned down her offer and chose to move forward with the lawsuit against his ex.

Shannon Beador Updates on John Janssen’s Lawsuit

During her appearance on WWHL, Shannon was in high spirits until Andy Cohen broached the sensitive topic, bringing her to the verge of tears.

“What is the latest with the lawsuit?” he asked.

“I offered him what he wanted in full; he refused to sign a non-disparagement agreement,” Shannon explained.

She continued, “I literally just got word from my attorney that he will take my offer if I issue a public statement telling everyone how generous he was. And I don’t wanna cry because this is a fun night, but like enough, enough!”

Meanwhile, the WWHL audience rallied behind Shannon, participating in a poll that clearly showed their support.

“In the court of public opinion, does Shannon owe John $75,000?” the poll asked.

A resounding 86 percent of participants voted “No.”
