Kelly Expands Her Real Estate Empire to Texas

In an Instagram post, Kelly reflected on the changes she’s experienced, hinting at her recent breakup and newfound focus on her real estate business. “Feeling warm and calm. I can’t tell you how hard transition is,” she wrote. “My home is now my nest, my heart is open; my days are all about test taking for my Texas license, and my mind is fueled with possibilities. I’m just literally ‘feeling myself.’ It’s been a long time since 2005 that I felt like me. Feel like yourself!”

Kelly’s next goal? Earning her Texas real estate license. If all goes according to plan, she will join fellow Bravo star Tracy Tutor in the Lone Star State. Tracy, a cast member of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, leads a Douglas Elliman team in Dallas and recently bought a home in the area.

“My new bachelorette pad in Dallas is so amazing!” Tracy shared with The Daily Dish in September. “I literally have everything at my fingertips… there’s a lot of great things Dallas has to offer. Highland Park is like the Beverly Hills of Texas. Plus, being in an income tax-free state has its advantages.”

Kelly Calls Off Engagement to Scott Litner

Just like Tracy, Kelly already holds real estate licenses in several regions, including California, Florida, New York City, and the Hamptons. She and her now ex-fiancé, Scott Litner, were planning to marry, with an intimate ceremony in Boston. However, the couple called off their wedding just days before the big event.

In a June statement shared with People magazine, Kelly addressed the shocking split, explaining that Scott refused to sign a prenuptial agreement. “He thought that I would enter this union without legal protections in place, that I would leave everything to faith,” she shared. “But I’ve worked really, really hard as a single mother and have always made smart decisions for myself and my family, and that will continue.”

Kelly’s focus on protecting herself and her family led to the decision to end the relationship, highlighting her resilience and independence.

Despite the end of her engagement, Kelly isn’t giving up on love. The former model and mother of two daughters, whom she shares with ex-husband Gilles Bensimon, is optimistic about the future.
