Angie Katsanevas Optimistic About Rebuilding Friendship with Lisa Barlow: ‘We Share a Long History’

Season 5 of Real Housewives of Salt Lake City has introduced a standout star: Angie Katsanevas. While she’s been deeply involved in the drama, Angie has also provided some lighter, more entertaining moments. In the season premiere, she kicked things off with a bold move by presenting Meredith Marks with a scroll at Lisa Barlow’s Galentine’s Day party. The scroll contained a list of grievances that Angie believed Meredith should apologize for. Unsurprisingly, Meredith refused to engage or offer any apologies. Despite the ongoing tension between Lisa and Angie, there may still be hope for reconciliation down the line.

Angie Katsanevas Has Invested Heavily in Her Friendship with Lisa Barlow

At Lisa’s dinner party, tension escalated when Lisa confronted Whitney Rose about calling her “a villain.” Things took a turn when Lisa realized that Angie had told Whitney what she had said about her. In a fit of anger, Lisa threw a glass, sparking shock among the guests. If things continue like this, it won’t be long before the housewives are drinking out of plastic cups! Meanwhile, Meredith and Heather Gay also confronted Whitney, which led to a heated screaming match that left the guests horrified.

But the drama hasn’t been confined to on-screen moments. Angie has also been involved in a shady social media feud with both Lisa and Meredith. This season, Angie holds the “center snowflake,” and she’s not backing down from any challenges.

Is There Hope for Angie and Lisa’s Friendship?

When asked recently if there’s a possibility of repairing her relationship with Lisa, Angie shared her thoughts with US Weekly: “I’m always hopeful. We have history, and I’ve invested a lot of time into our friendship, just as she has,” Angie explained.

She added, “I suppose we’ll have to wait and see how things go at the reunion. I haven’t seen her much lately, but the last time we did interact in person, it was positive… or so I thought.” Angie hinted that “some strange things have happened since then,” but she remains hopeful that a conversation at the reunion could help resolve their issues.

However, a peaceful discussion between Lisa and Angie at the reunion seems unlikely. If reconciliation is in the cards, it may have to happen off-camera. For now, fans can expect plenty of drama to unfold during the Season 5 reunion.

The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City airs on Wednesday nights at 9/8c on Bravo, and the drama is only just beginning.
