Candiace and her husband, Chris Bassett, welcomed their first child, a son named Jett Maxwell Lee Bassett, on October 3, 2024. Candiace was surprised to see just how much Jett resembles her, defying the common belief that babies tend to look more like their fathers. She shared her joy and awe, saying, “He’s the cutest little thing—I can’t believe he’s really here.”

So far, Jett has been a calm baby, often sleeping peacefully and enjoying being rocked to sleep, which Candiace says reminds her of Chris’s easygoing nature.
