Gizelle Bryant, star of The Real Housewives of Potomac (RHOP), is navigating significant changes in Season 9, especially after the departure of her longtime best friend Robyn Dixon. Dixon, who had been part of the show since 2016, left following reports that she was “fired.” Bryant shared her mixed emotions: “I was always waiting for Robyn to enter the scene, but she wasn’t there this time. Hopefully, she’ll be back in Season 10.”

Bryant also addressed the backlash over her involvement in Huger’s DUI incident. “I wasn’t being messy—just concerned,” Bryant explained. “I’ve known Karen for 15 years, and I didn’t want anything to happen to her or others. I approached her as a sister, being honest and upfront: ‘What’s going on? You can’t do this.’”

However, the friendship soured when Huger hosted an event on the same day as Bryant’s charity event honoring her late father. Bryant was offended, saying: “Karen could’ve chosen another day. I told the ladies, ‘If you’re going to be late, just don’t come.’”

New Faces and Future Projects

Season 9 introduces new cast members Stacey Rusch and Keiarna Stewart. Bryant praised their debut: “Stacey is quirky and outspoken, while Keiarna stepped up and made her presence known.”

In addition to RHOP, Bryant is developing other ventures. She and co-star Ashley Darby are refocusing their GNA brand toward health and fitness, planning future events across the country to engage with fans.

Bryant also recently wrapped filming a new dating reality show, Love Hotel, alongside Shannon Beador, Ashley Darby, and Luann de Lesseps. “It was a wild experience,” Bryant shared. “I learned a lot about myself and what I want in relationships.”
