Rekindling Tensions: RHOC’s Jennifer Pedranti Returns to Court with Ex William After Divorce Settlement

Jennifer Pedranti recently found herself back in divorce court, despite having reached a settlement with her ex-husband, William Pedranti, just weeks earlier. The former couple, who tied the knot in 2002 and separated in 2021, have faced ongoing disputes over their financial arrangements throughout the divorce process.

In July, three years after their split, Jennifer and William reportedly reached an agreement. As part of the settlement, William was ordered to pay Jennifer $6,000 per month in child and spousal support. While navigating this legal process, the Real Housewives of Orange County star has been dating Ryan Boyajian, who has hinted at potential legal action against her co-star Tamra Judge, following accusations that he stole from a Dodgers baseball player.

However, new court documents obtained by In Touch reveal that Jennifer returned to court shortly after the agreement was finalized. According to the documents, Jennifer requested that her ex-husband appear for a financial examination, stating that the information was necessary for enforcing a money judgment against him.

Judge Julie Palafox approved Jennifer’s request, scheduling the examination for 8:30 a.m. on October 21. William is required to present relevant paperwork in court to help Jennifer secure the funds she is owed. The court’s notice was direct, warning William: “If you fail to appear at the time and place specified in this order, you may be subject to arrest and punishment for contempt of court, and the court may make an order requiring you to pay the reasonable attorney fees incurred by the judgment creditor in this proceeding.”

Leading up to the July settlement, Jennifer’s lawyer emphasized her financial needs, stating, “[Jennifer] requires assistance to cover essential living expenses for herself and her children, such as rent, food, and educational costs. While [William] currently covers healthcare expenses, additional support is needed to meet the financial requirements for the children’s activities, as well as their food and clothing expenses.”

Meanwhile, tensions have simmered between Jennifer’s new boyfriend Ryan and Tamra Judge. Ryan reportedly sent Tamra a cease-and-desist letter after she made allegations against him on Watch What Happens Live. Although Tamra has since apologized twice for her statements, Vicki Gunvalson noted that Ryan has not yet moved forward with a lawsuit. In a related twist, former cast member Kelly Dodd suggested that multiple RHOC castmates could consider a class-action lawsuit against Tamra for alleged slander.
